How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1 – 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed. Shipping times depend on your location and the delivery method you select. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a small family business, and we do our best to serve you as fast as possible.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, or text message which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Domestic and international shipping options for customers.
We only deliver to USA and Venezuela.
Domestic orders (USA) will ship with FedEx and USPS. Orders for Venezuela will ship with Liberty Express. The cost of your shipping depends on the weight and volume of your order. You can choose the option that works better for you. If you need a quotation please contact us to tienda@claseslistas indicating the item you want to order, quantity and shipping address.

Potential service interruptions.
*Due to COVID-19, processing times might vary and may take longer to arrive. If you are located in USA and haven’t received your standard order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. For orders shipped to Venezuela, we will keep you posted via email, phone or text message.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges.
Digital content and other downloaded purchases, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, and gift cards are not returnable.
We will only take returns of defective books, or duplicates on the same order, upon approval.
Defective items should be returned immediately for replacement, upon approval. Items qualifying for manufacturer warranty are subject to warranty guidelines and requirements.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery won’t be accepted.
All merchandise must be in new/original condition; free of marks, page or cover bends, liquid damage etc. Original receipt must accompany mail returns. Include contact information to expedite processing. Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved we will also inform you the payment method we will use to credit your return.
Exchanges (if applicable),
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with the picture of the damaged or defective item.
